Prominent and sizeable law firm with several UK locations has an unmissable opening for a talented Trade Mark Attorney to complement their thriving IP team.

Based out of either their Birmingham, London or Reading office, this exciting opportunity should not be overlooked.

Candidates at all levels will be warmly considered for this exciting position, including those working towards the Trade Mark Attorney qualification, ideally with QM or equivalent.
Within this diverse and inclusive environment, you’ll work cohesively with clients from start-ups to multinationals, across an exciting array of sectors including telecoms, digital tech, automotive, manufacturing, retail, biotech and medtech, as well as universities.

Your daily duties will involve varied tasks such as, prior rights searches, filing and prosecution, due diligence and preparation of cost estimates for worldwide applications.

You will also ideally be confident with Registration, Opposition, Revocation, and Invalidity actions.
As an integral part of the team, it’s imperative that you possess the ability to work independently and are open to change, new practices and can work seamlessly within an often pressured domain.
