About the Position

Lead night cleaning operations across multiple luxury sitesManage and develop supervisors and cleaning teamsBuild strong client relationshipsMaintain exceptional cleaning and presentation standardsManage staffing, rotas, and resourcesConduct quality checks and site auditsDrive team performance and service excellenceEnsure health and safety complianceResolve operational issues and urgent requestsIdentify improvements across all sites

The Successful Candidate

Experience managing teams in luxury hospitality or high-end facilitiesStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesPrevious night-shift experience preferredHigh attention to detail and qualityStrong organisation and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of health and safetyFull, valid UK driving licenceFlexible to work 5 nights on / 2 nights off on a rota
