Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading structural steel specialist for a Permanent Site Manager in South Wales.
Start Date: Mid to late November Salary: circa £55,000–£60,000 per annum Location: South Wales, with occasional travel further afield Work Arrangement : Office-based role
Duties :
Specifying and managing structural steel balcony structures to bring work in-house
Overseeing structural steel fabrication and installation projects
Managing project delivery on site to programme and quality standards
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Travel to sites outside South Wales as required, with travel and accommodation covered
Requirements :
Proven background in structural steel fabrication and installation — experience-led role, no specific tickets required
Experience in a Site Manager or similar senior site-based role within the structural steel sector
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and bring work in-house effectively
Willingness to travel occasionally, including to locations such as the Lake District
