Aftersales Advisor – Exeter Location: Exeter Salary: £30,000 basic salary, £36,000 OTE Working Hours: Monday to Friday – no weekends Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you a customer-focused individual looking to develop your career in the automotive industry? Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership. - Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. - Deliver excellent customer service throughout the aftersales journey. - Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. - Support the aftersales team with daily operations. - Manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively. Requirements: - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Professional, friendly and approachable manner. - Good IT skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous automotive, motor trade or retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
