Chemical Blending

Chemical Blending Responsibilities include producing quality products by accurately measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials according to detailed formulas and specifications.

Responsibilities
Gather, weigh, and measure raw materials Blend batches according to batch tickets and product specifications Color match products to customer requirements Clean and prepare mixing vessels and equipment Monitor raw material inventory levels Maintain accurate production records Follow all safety and quality standards Ideal Qualifications
Manufacturing, blending, chemical processing, or related production experience Ability to accurately distinguish colors Strong math and measurement skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to regularly lift 50-70 lbs. Why Join Key Resin?
