Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Waterloo, London – up to £43,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Waterloo, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in electrical building maintenance. Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenanceMonitor and maintain electrical plant and equipmentElectrical fault finding and repairsLighting – changing lamps, ballasts and fittingsEmergency lighting testing and repairsSmall power and socket repairsBasic BMS monitoringCarry out electrical checks and inspectionsGeneral building fabric dutiesEscort specialist subcontractorsAssist with other general building maintenance duties as requiredRequirements
