We’re looking for a skilled engineer with strong commercial gas experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, reliable service and excellent customer care.

Salary & Benefits will include:

Salary up to £49,000, depending on experience.25  + 8 days days’ annual holiday40 hour weekWorking hours: 8:00 am – 17:00 pm.Overtime available and additional bonuses A stable role within a facilities management team.Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), installations, gas testing and reactive repairs across a range of commercial gas-fired appliances and heating systems, including boilers, burners and hot water systems.Diagnose faults, identify failures and complete repairs, including sourcing and fitting replacement parts.Provide responsive maintenance support across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.Self-deliver smaller installation projects where required.Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication and excellent customer service.Ensure all work meets relevant health and safety requirements and industry standards.Person Specification:

Valid ACS Commercial Gas qualifications, including COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1 and TPCP1A.Proven experience in commercial gas servicing, maintenance and fault-finding.Strong technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills.A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills.A full UK driving licence.Willingness to undergo the required disclosure.
