M&E Engineer – Shopping Centre

Location: City Centre of Nottingham
Salary: £20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary & ongoing
Hours: 4 on/4 off, 7am–7pm

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer to provide temporary cover for long-term sickness at a busy shopping centre.

The successful candidate will have a strong Facilities Management background, with a mechanical or electrical qualification, and experience carrying out building services maintenance within a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.Diagnosing faults and completing repairs across building services.Maintaining mechanical or electrical systems safely and efficiently.Updating maintenance records and tasks using the platform.Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of the shopping centre.

Requirements
Mechanical or electrical qualification.Previous Facilities Management experience is essential.Experience in a commercial building environment is desirable.Flexibility to work a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, including some weekends.
