Are you passionate about cocktails, exceptional service and developing people? We’re looking for a confident, proactive and hands-on Head Bartender & Trainer to join an exciting cocktail bar operation in South London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bartender who loves being behind the bar but is equally passionate about sharing their knowledge, training others and helping a team reach its full potential. With the company preparing to open a brand-new venue in Southwest London, you’ll play a key role in the pre-opening process, helping recruit, train and develop the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience from day one.
The Role:
Lead by example behind the bar, delivering exceptional cocktails and outstanding customer service.Train, coach and develop the bar team, ensuring consistently high standards.Take a hands-on role in preparing the team for the upcoming venue opening in SW London.Deliver engaging and effective training on cocktail knowledge, techniques, service standards and bar operations.Motivate and inspire the team, creating a positive and energetic working environment.Maintain excellent standards of presentation, consistency and attention to detail.Support the wider operation and contribute to the continued growth of the business.About You:
