Everything is cooked fresh on site every day in open kitchens, the group is a certified B Corp with several central London sites, and new openings are on the way. Senior Sous Chef is the pipeline for Head Chef here, and this is a role built for someone who wants to be next.

The Senior Sous Chef role

Be the reliable number two to the Head Chef and run the kitchen in their absenceLead service across a 100+ seat dining room and a 60-seat private dining roomOversee prep, ordering and stock controlTrain, mentor and develop the brigadeKeep food quality, hygiene and consistency tight
