Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Prestigious West End Estate - Piccadilly, St James's & Mayfair, London - £48,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting two Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM service provider on a prestigious estate portfolio in the West End, covering Piccadilly, St James's and Mayfair. The successful candidates will be site based within a cluster of up to 25 buildings, working alongside an established team of between 8 and 12 engineers. In return, the company is offering a permanent position at £48,000 on a Monday to Friday day pattern.

Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a cluster of buildingsMaintenance of AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaningWater treatment temperature checksPlumbing repairs and unblockingMonitoring the BMSEscorting subcontractors on siteKeeping site log books up to datePackage
