Job Title: Bar Manager – Luxury Hotel – London

Salary: £40,000 + Tronc

Location: London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Bar Manager to lead a busy, multi-outlet bar operation within a luxury hotel in central London. This is an exciting role for a passionate leader who can develop a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the position

Oversee the smooth running of all bars, ensuring consistently high service standards.Lead, train and develop the team, managing performance and building a positive working culture.Maintain excellent cocktail quality, drinks knowledge and guest experience.Manage rotas, stock control, ordering and day-to-day operational standards.Drive upselling, handle guest feedback and work closely with other departments.

The successful candidate

Will have previous Bar Manager experience within a hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar.Strong people-management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams.Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and professional bar service.A hands-on, proactive leader with a strong presence on the floor.Highly organised, confident managing performance and committed to delivering exceptional service.
