Project Manager

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading structural steel and architectural metalwork specialist for a Permanent Project Manager in Central London, England. You will oversee high-profile projects, managing 2–3 sites at once, from initiation through to completion.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 per annum

Duties:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Manage 2–3 sites at once Develop and maintain project programmes Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and progress reports Mentor and guide junior project team members

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in project management

Desirable Experience:

Experience in the fit-out or staircase/structural steel industry
