This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take on a supervisory role within a busy breakfast and lunch operation, reporting directly to the Breakfast & Lunch Manager. With a focus on daytime service, this role offers the benefit of no late-night finishes.

You will play a key role in overseeing daily service, supporting and motivating the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring guests receive a consistently excellent experience. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys leading by example and contributing to a positive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous food and beverage experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to supervise a team in a busy hotel environment. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering attentive, professional service is essential.
