We are recruiting for a talented Deputy General Manager to join a beautiful, characterful gastro pub in the heart of a thriving Surrey village.

What we're looking for:

An experienced Deputy Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to progress.A genuine passion for fresh food, quality drinks and warm hospitality.Experience leading and developing successful front-of-house teams.Strong commercial awareness, including labour, stock and sales performance.A hands-on leader who loves being on the floor and engaging with guests.
