Location: Brookmans Park / Hatfield Area, Hertfordshire
Salary: £13 per hour + TRONC (approximately £27,040 basic annually based on 40 hours per week)

We're recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join a stunning, stylish village gastro pub in an affluent Hertfordshire location.

This is a fantastic all-day operation, combining a relaxed neighbourhood pub atmosphere with a beautiful restaurant, quality seasonal British food, excellent wines and cocktails, and two spacious outdoor terraces.

The venue attracts a great mix of guests, from morning coffees and relaxed lunches to busy weekend dining, Sunday roasts, private celebrations and evening drinks.

What we're looking for:

An experienced Assistant Manager or ambitious Supervisor ready to step up.A genuine passion for fresh food, wine and quality hospitality.Confidence running busy restaurant and bar services.A warm, engaging personality who enjoys building relationships with regular guests.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in every aspect of the business.
