Senior Care Assistant (Nights)

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will join the team in a responsible role where you will oversee the night shift and associated tasks.

You will have previous experience in a residential care setting along with proven team leadership skills and the ability to make appropriate decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of residents.

Person specification:

(Essential) NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care(Essential) Experience working within a residential care home environment/similar(Essential) Positive, compassionate and caring attitude
