If your experience looks a little different from what we've identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you!About The RoleYou will help resolve the legacy impacts of former mining works through the application of your experience and skills in health, safety and wellbeing knowledge.You’ll be part of the friendly and proactive health, safety and wellbeing team working with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of health, safety and wellbeing are considered as part of all day to day activities.You will receive training and experience to help you to develop towards having a solid, working knowledge and experience of health, safety, wellbeing and environmental matters relevant to a broad range of construction works and specific application of the CDM Regulations to Notifiable projects. Aspects of your work will include:-Administration, review and continual improvement of the Coal Authority’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) management system which is externally audited.You will work with internal stakeholders to produce, review and update risk assessmentsYou will carry out internal audits of our processes and procedures.You will support the HSW Advisors with accident/incident investigationsYou will assist the HSW Advisors in their roles to ensure operations are carried out in a safe manner.You will assist with scoping, designing, organising and, where required, delivering HSW training.Assisting HSW Advisor in providing health and safety support for our Facilities Management team in our Nottinghamshire Offices.Role location: Hybrid (with a minimum 2/3 days at Mansfield Office)For more information about the role please refer to the attached job description.Schedule:Application closing date:17th May 2023Sifting date:18th/19th May 2023Interviews: w/c 29th May 2023(If you are unavailable on these interview dates, please make us aware and we will look at alternative dates)Security:Successful candidates must pass basic security checks and will be subject to UK Immigration requirements.About The Coal AuthorityOur benefits:
