Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – High-Profile Building, Leicester Square – Up to £52,000

Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based within a high-profile commercial building in the Leicester Square. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on this prestigious static site, carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all building services systems.

The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance, ideally with an electrical bias. This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected FM provider offering plenty of overtime, further training, and excellent long-term career progression working within a team of 5 people.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £52,000, depending on experience.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00No Call OutPlenty of Overtime AvailableKey Duties & Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systemsLighting installations, fault-finding, lamp changes, and ballast replacementsEmergency lighting testing and maintenanceMonitor and maintain control panelsMonitor the BMS system, including heating and coolingMaintain and update site logbooksMinor plumbing works, including unblocking toiletsGeneral maintenance of pumps and motorsPackage:
