HIRING: General Manager – Premium Airport Lounge
Location: Dulles, VA | Salary: $110K + up to 20% bonus

I’m partnering with a leading hospitality operator to find an experienced General Manager to lead a premium airport lounge reopening in early January.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who can build a strong team, drive operational excellence and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premium F&B environment.

What we’re looking for:

Experience leading premium food and beverage operations, including buffet and à la carte dining

Contract catering or client-facing hospitality experience strongly preferred

Strong commercial acumen, including labour management and cost control

Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams

Experience with new openings or operational relaunches is a plus
