The Process Operator role will be based at the site in Seal Sands.The Process Operator will work at a Grade 2 level within a team in a Chemical Manufacturing Plant to safely achieve defined quality standards, within time and to customers specifications.
This includes Routine Operations, Complete Mandatory Training, Operating Equipment and Machinery to be an active part of the production team.Responsibilities of the Process Operator:
Carryout tasks and duties as and when required including safe operation of all plant equipment
Following batch cards ensuring that each sequential step is completed, all data is accurately documented and periodically review completed data entries.
Correctly identify, monitor, and charge raw materials.
Understanding of BMS Risk Assessments & Method Statements
Operate Manufacturing Equipment to ensure production of batches are produced safely and in a timely manner
Discharging and packing of Final product (Hazardous and Non-Hazardous) in accordance with instructions/Batch card requirements
Assist in the training of Apprentice, TPO and Grade 3.
Adhering to all Policies, Procedures and Legal Legislations
The successful Process Operator must have a minimum of 2 years’ Experience in manual or semi-automated operations in Chemical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Heavy Engineering IndustriesPlease apply directly for further information regarding this Process Operator role.
