Our client looking for a Test Engineer to join a UK leading Insurance company that has been dominating the market for the past 20 years and they have continued their growth as they are part of the elite group of ‘Top 100 Independent Brokers in the UK’.

This client success and future is with their bespoke in house in-house CRM system which has been in development for 10 years and is integral to the smooth and efficient running of the business.

As a Test Engineer you will be required to create and implement test plans from business requirements, acceptance criteria and through pro-active conversations with both stakeholders and developers.
You will be proficient in the use of automated testing tools and know when best to use them over manual tests.
The successful Test Engineer candidate will be confident leading User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders.
You will also be able to contribute to troubleshooting, debugging and documenting product issues.
Our client is looking for a Test Engineer that is highly motivated and passionate towards software testing and an advocate of good practices in Testing.
You will need to be confident working both individually and as part of a team, have great communication skills (in both written and spoken English), be a fast learner, embrace challenges and have an eye for detail.
Test Engineer automation and manual applicants should be experienced in some or all the following (full training will be provided to fill any gaps in your skill set): Automation testing, manual testing, coding, exploratory testing, manual API testing, Azure, Selenium Web driver, Java, SQL, Visual Studio IDE, Git, HTML, CSS, DOM, DevOps, Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
