The Opportunity Hub UK is recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator based in Blackfriars, London, offering a salary of £26,000 to £30,000 plus uncapped commission.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play an important role throughout the lettings process, speaking with prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, building relationships with landlords and helping match people with suitable properties.

Here's what you'll be doing:
Registering prospective tenants and understanding their property requirementsMatching tenants with suitable available propertiesArranging and conducting property viewingsFollowing up with prospective tenants after viewingsNegotiating offers and tenancy terms between tenants and landlordsSupporting the lettings process from initial enquiry through to an agreed tenancyBuilding strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clientsIdentifying opportunities to generate new instructions and grow the lettings portfolioMaintaining regular contact with prospective tenants and landlordsKeeping property and client information accurate and up to date within the CRMWorking towards individual and team targetsDeveloping strong knowledge of the local property and rental marketRepresenting the business professionally during viewings and client meetings

Previous lettings, estate agency, sales or customer service experience would be advantageous, but is not essentialA genuine interest in developing a career within the property sectorConfident communication skills with the ability to build relationships with different peopleA proactive approach and confidence speaking with prospective tenants and landlordsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and appointmentsA positive and target-driven mindsetGood written and verbal communication skillsConfidence using technology, email and CRM systemsA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essentialFor experienced applicants, around 1 to 2 years' experience within residential lettings or estate agency would be beneficial
