Project Manager - Dubai

Salary Package: Up to AED 35 000 + Annual flight allowance and medical insurance (for family up to two kids) + Company car.

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Project Manager with fit out experience, to drive on-site project execution and cross-departmental collaboration, to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects on time, ensuring client satisfaction and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:    

Lead project handovers, implement site objectives, and ensure strict compliance with ISO quality and HSE standards.   Establish master construction programs, long-lead schedules, and material tracking systems to meet tight deadlines.  Partner with QS to manage budgets, monitor BOQ variations, and secure approvals for scope changes.   Chair site progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve contractual and schedule issues.     Mitigate project risks with strategic contingency plans and manage final consultant snag lists for smooth project closeout.     Mentor and develop site staff to elevate performance and prepare them for future advancement. 

Experience & Skills:      Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management    10+ years’ experience in the interiors works with at least 2 years in a senior role managing Blue-chip client projects Experience in handling of all site operations, complete knowledge of design/build/construction and should have managed large commercial value projects independently / with sub contactors for at least 2 –3years
