Salary Package: IDR 14 000 000 – 16 000 000

We are seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operation within a high-end luxury resort.

What you will do:

You will oversee the overall operation of the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring exceptional, personalised and consistent dining experiences that reflect the highest standards of ultra-luxury hospitality.The role combines passionate leadership, operational excellence and commercial performance, while working closely with other departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

We’re looking for:

Proven F&B management experience within luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality, locally and internationally.Strong leadership and team-development skillsA passion for exceptional food, beverage and serviceStrong commercial and operational awarenessExcellent attention to detail and guest-focused mindsetA proactive, hands-on and inspiring leadership style
