Housekeeping Manager in Magical Bali!!

Salary Package: IDR 6 400 000 – 8 100 000

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Managerto lead our Housekeeping Department within an ultra-luxury hospitality environment.

You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop the Housekeeping team, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, comfort and personalised service.

The Role:

Lead and oversee the Housekeeping, Laundry and Public Areas operations.Manage and develop Housekeeping Supervisors, Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards across the resort.Ensure guest preferences are anticipated and consistently exceeded.Drive a culture of excellence, attention to detail and personalised service.Ensure efficient daily operations and high team performance.

We’re looking for:

Luxury or ultra-luxury housekeeping management experience from ultra-luxury properties, either in Bali or internationally Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detailA passion for guest service and team developmentA hands-on, professional and inspiring approach Ability to train, develop and lead their respective teams
