This global chemical manufacturer specialises in high-quality speciality chemicals, supplying major brands across the fragrance, cosmetics, and personal care industries. They are seeking a Process Chemist to join their manufacturing team in Leek.
Role Overview:
The process chemist will apply chemical and process expertise to the development, scale-up and optimisation of new and existing manufacturing processes. They will act as a key link between laboratory development and manufacturing, facilitating plant trials, improving production performance, supporting manufacturing excellence and implementing robust process improvements.

Experience and Qualifications required from Process Chemist:
Demonstrable experience within chemical manufacturing, process development, industrial R&D or a closely related technical environment. Experience supporting the development and introduction of new products or manufacturing processes is desirable. Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, processes and production environments.
