Senior Chef in Saudi!

Salary Package:

SAR 23 000 tax free (Inclusive of housing & transport allowances) Plus performance bonus based yearly bonus includes 3 months gross salary Family benefits for spouse & up to 2 children (Including flights, visa, medical & education assistance)

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef with this leading catering company to be based in Riyadh, Saudi – Scope for growth!

This position oversees Cold Kitchen & Production departments in a high-volume & time sensitive environment - Requiring strong operational leadership skills across multiple kitchens & teams, & is best suited to candidates with a background in large-scale catering, inflight catering or central production.

 

Requirements:

Fluency in English essential.6+ years' experience within airline catering, catering kitchens or central production.Strong leadership experience in high-volume food production.Excellent knowledge & certification of HACCP, food safety & production planning.Commercially aware with experience managing labour productivity & operational performance.Culinary qualification essential
