We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Ideally, someone from a strong background in fine dining, luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, with excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for culinary excellence.

The Role:

Manage an assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.Work closely with the Sous Chef and wider culinary team.Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members.Ensure consistent quality while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Expertise:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining, luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or premium catering.Strong culinary skills and excellent attention to detail.Professional attitude and ability to work within an international team.Culinary qualification preferred.Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
