Multi-Skilled Engineer  - Commercial Building - Canary Wharf, London - Immediate start - £33 Per Hour

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Canary Wharf, London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work
4 on 4 off continental shift - days / nights08:00am to 20:00pm / 20:00pm to 08:00amContract type: temp to perm£33 per via umbrella 
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Building Management Systems (BMS)Control systemsAir conditioning systemsChillers – wet and dry systemsPressure vesselsAir Handling Units (AHUs)Heating systemsPumpsHumidifiersSprinkler systemsSingle-phase and three-phase motorsEmergency lighting – recording of testingFire and life safety systems – recording of testingPlumbing and sanitary wareWater treatment, including cooling towers and pool plant operationMaintenance and recording of all PPM tasks (statutory or otherwise) via paperwork and CAFM
Requirements:
Electrically or mechanically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or above18th Edition desirable for electrically biased candidatesProven experience within commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilled building services experienceStrong electrical or mechanical maintenanceGood communication and customer service skills
