Are you an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager ready for your next career move?

We are recruiting for a brand-new CQC-registered domiciliary care service and are looking for an ambitious Registered Manager to help build and develop the service from the ground up.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3–5 years' management experience in domiciliary care who wants greater responsibility and the opportunity to progress into an Operations Manager role as the organisation grows.

Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of the service Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations Recruit, manage and develop the care team Maintain high standards of person-centred care Manage care plans, assessments, safeguarding and risk Build relationships with Local Authorities and private clients Monitor quality, compliance and service performance Support the growth and development of the new service About You

You will have:

3–5 years' management experience within domiciliary care Strong home care/domiciliary care experience Experience working with Local Authority and/or private clients Good knowledge of CQC compliance Strong leadership and communication skills The ambition to grow with a new organisation What's on Offer?
