The Digital Marketing Executive Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role within the Mobile Consultancy team, working alongside experienced consultants on a variety of app marketing and growth projects.
You'll gain exposure to different areas of mobile marketing, from market research and app performance analysis to customer engagement, retention and user experience.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is curious, analytical and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in the digital and mobile landscape.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Assisting with launch plans for new apps, including defining target markets and supporting pre-launch marketing activitiesConducting market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insightsSupporting clients in setting KPIs and monitoring app performance using analytics toolsAnalysing app data to identify actionable insights and opportunities to improve engagement and conversionSupporting retention strategies, including push notifications, personalised messaging and loyalty initiativesAssisting with CRM strategies designed to improve customer engagement and long-term valueSupporting monetisation initiatives, including in-app purchases, subscriptions and partnershipsConducting UX audits and helping identify opportunities to improve app usability and customer experienceReviewing customer feedback and user behaviour to identify areas for improvementWorking with product and wider client teams to gather user insights and inform recommendationsCreating reports and presentations to communicate app performance, findings and recommendationsSupporting wider digital and mobile marketing projects as requiredHere's what you'll need:
Some experience in digital marketing, ideally including multi-channel campaignsExperience or understanding of PPC and digital marketing campaignsStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood analytical and critical-thinking skills, with an ability to make sense of data and turn it into useful insightsComfortable working with Excel and presentationsA creative and empathetic approach to understanding customers and usersAn interest in mobile apps, digital marketing and technologyA strong desire to learn, develop and take on new challengesA collaborative and self-starting attitudeThe ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain composed when things get challengingMost importantly, we're looking for the right attitude.
