Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 gross per year plus bonus & benefits

We are working with a fantastic luxury resort in Cyprus looking for a talented and driven Chef de Cuisine to lead culinary operations. The property features multiple dining options ranging from casual poolside and snack outlets to fine dining, room service, and high-volume banqueting.

The Position

Lead day-to-day culinary operations across the resort’s dining outletsDirect, train, and mentor a large kitchen brigade, fostering a positive, performance-driven environment.Oversee full operational and administrative kitchen management: food cost and labor cost control, supplier management, inventory, budgeting, recruitment, and scheduling.Collaborate on menu creation, culinary innovation, and seasonal concepts highlighting fresh, local Mediterranean produce.Guarantee strict compliance with HACCP, hygiene, health, and safety regulations across all kitchens.Drive high standards of dish presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction across all meal periods and outlets.Participate actively in department head meetings and cross-departmental coordination.

Your Profile

Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in a luxury 4* or 5* hotel/resort environment.Minimum 4–5 years of strong culinary leadership experience with full administrative and financial responsibilities.Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality/Catering management.Deep knowledge and passion for Mediterranean cuisine, techniques, and local seasonal ingredients.Expertise across both high-volume buffet/banqueting operations and refined à la carte/fine dining service.Strong financial acumen: track record of achieving target food and labor costs.Rigorous, organized, and disciplined approach to kitchen management and HACCP standards.Inspiring leader with excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and team-building capability.Fluent in English (knowledge of Greek is a strong plus).Must hold an EU passport or valid EU Work Permit.
