I'm recruiting a Head Chef to lead a contemporary British restaurant within one of London's most prestigious visitor destinations.

You'll have real ownership of the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal, produce-led menus, lead the brigade and deliver consistently brilliant food.

The Operation

Contemporary British restaurant.Seasonal, produce-led menus.Quality ingredients and strong supplier relationships.Established kitchen brigade.Predominantly daytime operation.Evening service on Friday and Saturday.Occasional premium events.

The Role

Lead the restaurant kitchen and brigade.Develop seasonal menus with the Executive Chef.Manage Senior Sous, Sous and junior chefs.Stay hands-on across prep and service.Train and develop the kitchen team.Manage ordering, stock and kitchen rotas.Control food, labour and waste costs.Maintain exceptional food safety and kitchen standards.

About You

Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up.Strong contemporary British food background.Passionate about seasonality, produce and provenance.Commercially strong with excellent cost control.Confident leading and developing chefs.Hands-on and calm during busy services.Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
