Job Title: General Manager – Luxury Residential Apartments – LondonSalary: Negotiable DOELocation: LondonMy client is looking for a General Manager to head up their luxury residential building in Central London.

As GM you will lead by example and deliver flawless 5* customer service to the existing residents and their guests.

You will oversee the training and mentoring of the team along managing the day to day operations within the building.

Oversee the operations throughout the concierge departments on the sitesEstablish and develop relationships with the residentsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with all teamProvide motivation, coaching and knowledge to your front of house team memberEnsure that all building related issues are delt with in line with the service levelsSet market rents for lettings and renewalsMake sure that any apartment that is up for rent is presented to the highest standardsCarry out regular inspectionsProvide weekly budgets and forecasts
The successful candidate
Previous experience in luxury residential buildings or 5* hotelsExperience in property lettings would be beneficialExceptional attention to detailStrong people management skillsAble to make intelligent business decisionsA dynamic and motivated individualStrong communication skills
