Senior Business Analyst : JSM Implementation

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join a well-established biotech company using large-scale genetic data and AI to predict disease risk and advance precision healthcare. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead implementation-focused business analysis, refine operational workflows and support system integration, testing and successful solution delivery. This is a 6-month contract-based role offering hybrid / remote working options, salary range of £450 - £600 (DOE) per day and benefits. You will be responsible for: ? Leading business analysis activities for JSM implementation and supporting the migration of Access Governance using established workflows and controls. ? Designing and documenting workflows, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and operational procedures. ? Analysing and documenting API integrations between JSM, HubSpot and other systems, ensuring alignment with the wider technology environment. ? Supporting solution validation, testing and UAT, preparing training materials and identifying delivery risks and dependencies. ? Collaborating with the Product Manager and technical teams to deliver business requirements, and performing any other duties as required. You will be able to demonstrate some of the following: ? Previously worked as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role ? Must have experience delivering Jira Service Management implementations. ? Business analysis experience within system implementation, transformation or delivery-focused programmes. ?
