HVAC Shift Engineer

HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Liverpool – up to £44,000

 

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider on a static site in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systemsFinding and fixing faultsPlanning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panelsInstalling HVAC componentsPerforming quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safelyProviding technical support to engineers on site 

Working Pattern

4 on 4 off 7am - 7pm (for 4 days), 4 days off then 10am - 10pm (for 4 days)  

Package

Up to £44,000 per annumOvertime available 25 days holiday + BHCompany PensionRequirements :

Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualificationsLevel 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and RefrigerationF - Gas 2079 A proven track record in commercial building maintenanceExperience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS
