Accounts & Audit Semi Senior | Maidenhead (Hybrid) | £35,000 – £45,000 | Permanent An established, friendly practice in Maidenhead is looking for an accounts-led Semi Senior to join a close team. The work is roughly 80% accounts and the rest audit, and you don't need audit experience to apply. If you've got a good attitude and you're keen to learn, they will train you. You'll work on a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, with real ownership of your own clients, supportive seniors above you and a sensible hybrid pattern. It suits someone who wants to build their career in practice without being pushed into a pure audit seat. If you're a strong all-round accounts person who'd like to step into audit, this is a good way in. Newly qualified candidates will also be considered for a Senior role.
