Painter

Painter Required Working Hours •8 hours per day •Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm (Half an hour unpaid break) •Daily reporting time: 7:30am Role Responsibilities •Filling, sanding and painting fire rated timber leaf/frame as required (FD30 / FD60). After remedial works/ installation works •Maintaining clean, compliant work areas. •Following instructions from the site manager and working neatly with floor protection. •Uploading clear photos of completed works as required. Certificates Required •CSCS •Asbestos Awareness •Working at Height •Evidence of previous work on fire rated doors (preferred) Tools Required – Painter General Painting Tools: •Rollers, brushes, trays •Filling knives and scrapers •Sanding blocks •Caulking gun •Cleaning materials Specialist Tools: •Electric sander (mandatory) •Dust extractor (mandatory) •Vacuum cleaner (industrial preferred) Minimum door painting expectation - 6-8 doors/frame a day: full redecoration If this Painter position is of any interest to you, Please send your up to date CV to carly@unityrecruitment.co.uk or call Carly on 02036685680 ext 113.
