Salary: Up to £60,000 + Performance Bonus + Paid Overtime
Location: South-West London
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:30pm + Event Overtime

I'm recruiting a Head Chef for an established premium events and catering business in South West London, leading a busy central production kitchen delivering food for high-profile events and prestigious venues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a fine dining, luxury hotel or premium events background who can bring real finesse to food produced at scale.

The Role

Lead the production kitchen and wider brigadePlan production across multiple upcoming eventsMaintain exceptional food quality at volumeOversee staffing, ingredients and daily production schedulesLead selected high-profile events on-siteManage GP, labour costs and kitchen performanceWork closely with the events and operations teamsDevelop and inspire a talented culinary team

About You

Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to progressFine dining, luxury hotel or premium events experienceExcellent technical ability and attention to detailConfident producing high-quality food at scaleStrong organisational and forward-planning skillsCommercially aware, particularly around GP and labourA confident communicator and natural team leaderPassionate about seasonal ingredients and sustainability
