Environment Operations Co-Ordinator
Service Care Solutions have an exciting new role working for a local authority based in Kent who are recruiting for an Administrator/Co-ordinator to join the team on an initial 3 month period.You will be required to carry out a number of duties as part of the role for the Environmental Contracts team and have experience in customer service.Key duties/responsibilities will include;
Assisting in the delivery of a customer focused service influencing efficient and positive outcomes for the customer to receive the best customer service.
Resolve a high percentage of general enquiries using various systems and knowledge of the waste and street cleansing contract.
Provide support across the Environment and Land Management service to the Recycling, Refuse and Street Cleansing team as well as Environmental Enforcement, Aspire and Dog Warden team.
Keeping records up to date on the relevant systems and databases.
Support in the processing of purchase orders, invoicing across the Environments division.
We are seeking candidates who have experience within a similar role and are self starters able to work alone and as part of a team.This is a fast paced role with varied duties.Requirements for this role; Good level of written and oral English.
Good level of ICT Skills including Microsoft applications and B2B Systems and databases.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage workloads.
Flexible to work varied hours.
Attention to detail.
