Are you an experienced conveyancing paralegal looking for a new challenge?

Do you have excellent communication, organisational and client care skills?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading law firm in Northampton.

As a senior conveyancing paralegal, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion on the following;

- Freehold and Leasehold
- Sales and Purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- New Builds

You will also supervise and mentor junior paralegals and provide support to the conveyancing team leader.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of conveyancing paralegal experience, preferably with some supervisory or managerial experience.

You will also need to have a good knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations, as well as strong IT and numeracy skills.

You will be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work well as part of a team.
