Family Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Matrimonial / Family Lawyer to join a well-established law firm with a strong presence across Herefordshire. As a Matrimonial / Family Lawyer, you will join an expanding Family Law department, managing quality private family work within a supportive practice that offers flexibility and opportunities for career development. This role offers hybrid working options, salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits. This role offers a relocation package. The role is preferably based in Hereford, although Leominster may also be considered. You will be responsible for: ? Managing your own caseload of private family law matters. ? Advising clients on divorce and separation. ? Handling matrimonial finance and financial settlement matters. ? Advising on private children matters. ? Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes. ? Preparing cases and documentation for court proceedings where required. ? Building strong and trusted relationships with clients. ? Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Family Law department. ? Supporting the continued growth and development of the team. What we are looking for: ? Previously worked as a Family Lawyer, Matrimonial Lawyer, Family Solicitor, Matrimonial Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role. ? Experience in handling private family law and private children matters. ? Understanding of matrimonial finance and financial settlements ? Ability to independently manage a varied caseload. ? Strong client care, communication and negotiation skills. ? Commercial approach with a genuine interest in developing within the firm.
