Mobile Fabric Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings - Sussex - up to £33,858 + Package 

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Sussex, has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mobile Fabric Engineer to be based in a commercial environment across the Sussex region. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £33,858, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Basic Carpentry Painting and plasterboard.Changing locks.Door hinges.Floor repairs.Minor repairs to office furniturePutting together small equipment/ Flat packsKick and push plates.Install/ Repair blindsBasic Plumbing.Maintain and update Log booksAssist the maintenance team on-siteEscort subcontractorsRequirements
