About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a premium private healthcare practice in Mayfair.
This is a hands-on role combining people management, operational leadership, patient experience, compliance and commercial responsibility. You’ll work closely with clinicians and the wider team to ensure the practice runs smoothly, efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee the day-to-day running and operational performance of the practiceLead, manage and develop the practice and administrative teamEnsure patients receive a seamless, professional and highly personalised experienceWork closely with GPs, clinicians and external healthcare providersManage patient enquiries, feedback and sensitive or complex situationsOversee appointments, scheduling, referrals and administrative processesIdentify and implement improvements to systems, processes and operational efficiencyMaintain practice policies, procedures and compliance standardsSupport CQC, GDPR, safeguarding and other relevant healthcare requirementsMonitor budgets, costs, invoicing and financial administrationManage relationships with suppliers and external service providersTrack operational KPIs and report on practice performanceSupport the development and implementation of new processes as the practice growsEnsure the practice consistently delivers a premium, discreet and patient-first service
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, Healthcare Operations Manager or similarExperience within private healthcare, GP, medical or clinical environmentsStrong experience managing people and day-to-day operationsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence working with senior clinicians and healthcare professionalsGood understanding of healthcare compliance and governanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong patient/client service mindsetCommercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and KPIsA calm, professional and solutions-focused approachAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionExperience improving processes, systems and operational workflowsExperience within private or concierge healthcare would be highly advantageousExperience working with VIP, high-net-worth or premium clients would be a plusCQC experience would be advantageousCandidates from premium hospitality, luxury service or other high-touch client environments may also be considered where they have relevant healthcare or operational experience
Salary & Location
£50,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
