We are working with an innovative hospitality company that owns and operates a group of high-end bars, restaurants and clubs across London. We are looking for Assistant General Managers and Bar Managers from a luxury background to work in a new opening in central London.

Skills and Experience of an AGM / Bar Manager:

Experience working in premium / luxury hospitality venues, with a strong understanding of delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards.Financially astute, with a strong understanding of budgets, P&L, tock control and cost management. Able to implement strategies to drive sales.Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing large, diverse teams. Able to set clear expectations, build a positive team culture and ensure consistently high standards of performance.Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to consistently maintain and improve service standards.A genuine passion for hospitality, food and drink, with the energy, personality and presence required to lead from the front and create a positive atmosphere for both guests and the team.
