Location: Bristol based, working onsite at our offices in the Bristol and Bath Science Park, Emerson’s Green, Bristol, BS16 7FR.

INSPHERE, a leading company in the metrology space are searching for a Production Manager to join their journey and take the lead across our production activities, including purchasing, stock control, assembly, calibration, and quality control.


The role requires a proactive individual with a strong focus on quality, a degree or relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related fields, and experience with ISO9001.


Responsibilities:



Managing the supply chain, assembling, and calibrating IONA systems
Maintaining documentation and supporting ISO17025 accreditation
Ensuring that the IONA systems are assembled and calibrated in line with established processes while maintaining high levels of quality control
Managing stock levels of components, forward planning for stock run out and re-ordering.
Support the development team to ensure that continuity of high-quality production is maintained as IONA develops




Profile:



You must be highly organised, proactive, and have a clear focus on quality
Can work independently to meet project goals
Possess technical problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in using PC tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Photogrammetry Systems (desirable)
Experience with Industrial robots (desirable)




It is advantageous if you have an electronics background or used to manufacturing electrical hardware products.


This role has good future potential for expansion of the production processes, with the possibility of leading a team of production operatives.
