IT Support Analyst - Spanish speaking

About the Company

A global insurance company with offices around the world is looking for a 1st/2nd line support engineer to join their IT Support Team in their Bedford office as an IT Support Analyst.

You will be supporting UK staff as well as helping support the new Spanish office opening in July!

This can be a fast paced role so they are looking for someone with energy and is who is willing to take initiative.

As part of your role will have you will be dealing with native Spanish speakers, fluent Spanish is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
• 1st - 2nd line telephony, remote and live chat based support to our global office employees 6000+
• Managing Incidents and requests via our IT service management tool ServiceNow
• Advanced troubleshooting and analytical triage/support
• Liaising with and delegating tasks to relevant teams for escalation
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Mobile device support – Apple & Android technologies
• Active Directory Users and Computer administration inc.

Windows 10 and Microsoft product support
• Participate in ad-hoc support requests, desk moves, desk side support

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills and personal qualities
• Spanish language skills are essential for this role
• Microsoft Windows 10+
• Active Directory and Mimecast
• Microsoft Exchange, Office365/2016+
• Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• SCCM
• ITIL Best Practice
• Remote Support Tools
