Surveyor

A Housing Association based in the Croydon is currently recruiting for a Surveyor to join their team planned works team as soon as possible.


This is a full time, temporary position and the ideal candidate have significant experience in surveying all types of properties specifically with an eye on Maintenance and Damp & Mould.


Key Criteria:

Damp & mould experience.
Able to run and progress medium sized projects from inception through to fruition.
Must have a car.
Able to work on their own initiative and hit the ground running.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £26.68 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
