We are working with a fast-growing, multi-site hospitality business that is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the CEO, you will take a senior leadership role across the finance function, providing strategic and commercial insight to support the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecastingProviding commercial insight and challenge to the CEO and senior leadership teamOverseeing financial reporting, controls, cash flow and risk managementSupporting investment, growth and new-site decisionsWorking closely with the Board and key stakeholdersLeading and developing the finance functionSupporting future fundraising and investor relationships

Candidate Profile:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedProven experience in a senior finance leadership/FD roleHospitality, leisure or another fast-paced multi-site environment preferredCommercially minded, hands-on and strategically strongConfident operating at Board and senior stakeholder levelAvailable at short notice or within a short timeframe
